Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number, you agree that Mediterranean Life, Ltd., d/b/a/ Vine & Olive, or its service providers, may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials (the “Program”).

• You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
• You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to ___________________. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.
• For help, text the word HELP to ________________.
• Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your personal carrier for details and potential charges or costs.
• Not all devices or handsets or carriers may be supported by or available with our Program and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. We are not liable in any way for delayed or undelivered messages. Further, we may limit carriers that support our Program.
• You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
• Data obtained from you in connection with this Program and SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
• By subscribing or otherwise using our Program, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the Program at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
• People under the age of 18 may not participate in text message communications with Vine & Olive and if we become aware that a person under 18 has provided or attempted to provide us with personal information, we will use best efforts to remove their information permanently from our files.
• Any new features, changes or updates to the Vine & Olive messaging Program shall be subject to these same terms unless otherwise stated in writing. Vine & Olive reserves the right to change all terms from time to time, which changes shall be communicated to you, and you acknowledge your responsibility to review these terms from time to time and be aware of these changes. By continuing to participate in our Program after such changes, you accept these terms as modified.
• By participating in our Program you agree to release and hold harmless Mediterranean Life, Ltd., its representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (“Related Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, attorney’s fees costs and expenses whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or death that may occur in connection with this Program or your use thereof, and for any claims, matters or disputes based on violation of law or infringement of your rights. In no event shall there be any liability against Mediterranean Life, Ltd. or its Related Parties for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, specific damages, lost profits, punitive damages and your maximum losses or damages resulting from our Program shall be $10.00.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any suit to enforce this Agreement to the extent not subject to binding arbitration shall be brough exclusively in the State and US District Courts located as close to Erie County, Ohio as possible.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Though we will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
